CCAI’s July newsletter and legislative update is now available.

A few highlights from this month’s edition are:

  • Please join us for the Foster Youth Internship briefing and reception on Wednesday, July 27th to hear directly from former foster youth on their recommendations to improve the foster care system from a federal policy perspective.  Contact info@ ccainstitute.org for more information and to RSVP.
  • Know someone who has made the difference in the life of a child in need of a family?  Submit nominations for this year’s Angels in Adoption now at www.angelsinadoption.org.  Deadline for submissions is July 31st.
  • See pages 6-10 for a full list of foster care and adoption legislation currently pending in Congress.
